SECTION 18 – REFUND ON WEARABLE ITEMS

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we DO NOT accept returns on wearable items such as clothes or electronic wearable devices.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us to further discuss the situation. Compensation will be offered instead.

SECTION 19 – FAULTY ITEM

If you received a faulty or not working item, you have 48h to send us a complaint via email at info@marvelofficial.com

After 48h we will consider the item damaged by you, and you will be not sent a replacement product or refund, or any compensation.

SECTION 20 – RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money by sending the product back to us. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 20 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
For the electronic device, we required a video showing if the product you will send back is working or not. The customer is responsible for return costs.
