MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
1. Where do I find my tracking number?
We will update the tracking number right after we got it from the shipping company. It may takes up to 7 business days. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number and we will also update the tracking info in the PayPal transaction.
2. Where can I track my order?
You can track your oder in our TRACKING PAGE (powered by 17Track).
3. What should I do if there is no updates in my tracking?
If your package hasn’t been updated on the tracking information page for less then 12 business days don’t panic. International shipping won’t update itself every day.
If you see it’s not updating over 45 days then contact us via our After Sale Service.
4. Will you ship all my items together or it will be multiply packages?
If you bought one more items in one order, we may still ship them separately since they may not be in the same warehouse in China. We will upload one tracking first and then another.
